Introducing the Refining Station, Crafting Station, and Items!

Get ready to take your gameplay to the next level! Here's an overview of the Refining Station, Crafting Station, and the items you can create.

⚒️ Refining Station

This is where you'll refine raw materials into valuable resources. These refined materials are essential for crafting powerful items at the Crafting Station. Every bit of effort put into refining will bring you one step closer to creating the gear you need to succeed.

🛠️ Crafting Station

Once you have your refined materials, it's time to put them to use! The Crafting Station is where you’ll create gear and equipment. This system allows for the creation of a wide variety of items that you can customize and improve based on your needs.

📦 Items

Crafted items have unique characteristics that define their power, each comes with 3 of the following possible stats:

• Hitpoints: Represents your health and how much damage you can take.
• Armor: Reduces incoming damage, making you tougher in battles.
• Crit Chance: Increases the likelihood of landing a critical hit for extra damage.
• Crit Damage: Enhances the damage dealt when you land a critical hit.
• Speed: Determines how fast you can attack and evade.
• Damage: The total harm you inflict on your enemies with each strike.

Tier

Each item has a tier, ranging from 1 to 10. Higher tiers provide better stats, making your equipment more powerful.

Quality

Items can have different quality levels: basic, normal, good, excellent, and masterpiece. The quality boosts an item’s stats, with the rarer "masterpiece" granting up to a 10% increase.

Enchantment

Like an extension of the item's tier, further increasing its stats. For example, a tier 4 item with enchantment level 4 (4.4) can rival a tier 8 item!
You can create an enchanted item using enchanted refined resources or enchant it later with runes. Enchantment levels range from 0 (not enchanted) to 4, offering even more ways to enhance your equipment.

Get Ready for the First Alpha of RageLands!

Adventurers, it's time to dive into the first features that you’ll be able to test in our upcoming alpha. We're incredibly excited to introduce the Town, Gathering, and Specialization systems (Skills, Refining, Crafting) that will lay the foundation for your journey in RageLands.

🛖 Town and 🌎 Exploration

The map will allow you to travel between various locations, with the town acting as the home base for all players. Each area on the map has a tier system ranging from 1 to 10, where you can gather and drop resources corresponding to that tier. To access certain zones, there will be minimum and maximum equipment tier requirements, adding depth to the progression and exploration experience.

🫳 Gathering

In each zone, you’ll be able to gather four primary resources: Wood, Iron, Hide, and Fiber. Additionally, there's a chance to gather enchanted resources, making your efforts even more rewarding. Every gathering activity will increase your corresponding skill, helping you specialize and become more efficient in these activities.

✨ Refining

Once back in the town, you can refine the gathered resources, which will also level up your refining specialization. Master the art of Lumbermill, Smithing, Tannery, and Fiberweaving to make the most of your raw materials.

⚒️ Crafting – Master the Art of Creation

In RageLands, crafting is not just a side activity—it's a fundamental aspect of your journey. As you can see from the video, crafting is deeply specialized and evolves based on the types of equipment you create. Each crafting skill levels up individually depending on what you craft, allowing you to specialize in the gear and weapons that best suit your playstyle.

Crafting goes beyond simple gear creation; it’s mastering specific equipment and refining your abilities to produce powerful items. Focus on a particolar craft allows your creations to become stronger, providing you a significant advantage in both PvE and PvP content.
